Step into Transformative Healing

Welcome! My name is Cayla Chambers MA, LPC, R-DMT

I believe that healing begins with awareness—specifically, becoming aware of ourselves as we are actually living our lives. When we are disconnected from our internal experience, moving through the world on autopilot, or shaped by survival strategies that once protected us but no longer serve us it can feel hard to connect with ourselves and be fully present in our relationships. Healing, then, is not about fixing what is “wrong,” but about restoring contact with what is already present and wise within us.

Central to this process is learning from the wisdom of the body. The body holds our lived experience—our emotions, histories, longings, and protective responses—often long before we can name them with words. By gently turning toward bodily sensations, emotions, and impulses, we gain access to information that helps us understand ourselves more fully. Embodied awareness allows us to notice how we respond to stress, connection, safety, and threat, and offers us new choices where there once felt like none.

Group therapy

Group therapy can be a powerful complement to individual counseling or a focused, short-term way to work on a specific area of growth within a supportive, structured setting.
